Middle Leadership

Emerge as the leader you are!

This program, based on Gavin Grift’s new book Emerge (currently in print), will encourage participants to apply the self-knowledge gained from the day to move them closer to their own mission for leading. Participants will learn more about their ingrained dispositions, motivations, and physiological responses to help them grow their emotional intelligence when leading others.  They will have potential blind spots illuminated and be encouraged to do something valuable with those as they come to view both problems and people as their greatest opportunity for growth.
